Let’s get the ball rolling
Insurance brokers should contact SSR on behalf of their clients in respect of claims reporting. Our dedicated claims team have many years of experience dealing with our specialist policies. We liaise with insurance brokers directly and coordinate all claims on behalf of QBE, AXA XL and Aviva, plus we maintain detailed claims analysis records.
Claims
All claims (apart from Legal Expenses – see below) should be reported by the insurance broker to us directly on behalf of the policyholder:
